Sharing Circle Guidelines

Our sharing circles are designed to provide a safe, respectful space where men can share their personal experiences and reflect on their physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being. We conclude by expressing gratitude.

Use "I" Statements

By using "I" statements, you ensure that the reflection is personal, and that you take ownership of your experiences. This approach deepens the level of sharing in the circle and creates a safe space for authentic, personal expression.
